• We list your property in the MLS for the Pinehurst-Southern Pines Area Association of Realtors.  This listing includes a full property description and nine photographs.  Most Realtor web sites provide the option to search the MLS, so potential buyers will be able to search for your home by its details.  Visit our MLS search feature.
• A Showcase listing on www.Realtor.com. This includes up to 25 photographs and a link to your home's virtual tour. With this upgraded listing, potential buyers get a great look at your property and read a quality description.  Plus, www.Realtor.com is a very popular tool for potential buyers.  More than 80% of buyers search for houses online, so SYOPN gives those buyers what they are looking for: More pictures and better descriptions.  My goal is to help you sell your property by giving you the best tools available to get your property sold.
• We provide a "For Sale" Yard Sign, as permitted by local law and in compliance with local law, which includes an Information Box for your flyers.  And…we install it and remove it for you!
• 25 high-quality, color information flyers to use for your Information Box on your yard sign.  Plus, we will email to you a digital copy that you can use to print additional copies.
• An electronic lock box for your house key, providing security to you and allowing Realtors to show your house so you do not need to be present.  Of course, as the seller, you can also schedule appointments when you plan to be present.  If you are trying to sell a vacant property, you can have Realtors show your property any time, without making an appointment.  I will notify you by email when your property is shown, so that you can ask for feedback if you desire.
• A written, professional market analysis by a SYOPN real estate professional which takes into account current market conditions and any competition properties.  With this analysis, we provide a suggested price range.  This analysis is meant as a guide for you.  Of course, you can list your home at whatever price you wish.
